Technical details:

  • External dimensions: length 6.1 m, width 2.4 m, height 2.6 m
  • Interior net area 13.4 m2
  • Sprayable closed cell PUR foam has been used as the insulation material.
  • The roof is insulated with a 12 cm layer on the inside; the walls are insulated both with a layer which is 50 cm thick in total. The floor insulation is 10 mm.
  • Scandinavian Spruce are used as the façade covering material; the color can be changed
  • Glazed unit windows and doors with a black PVC frame.
  • Scandinavian Spruce is used as ceiling material
  • LVT flooring has been used as the floor covering material.
  • The inner wall covering material is waterproof plywood (‘opal’ color variation the sample house, can be changed)
  • Dimmable LED luminaires for lighting
  • LED exterior lighting

The interior consists of the following parts:

  • Bathroom fixtures: toilet bowl, ceramic sink with a tap, mirror, 30 l boiler, shower mixer
