Installation insulated garden rooms

Our Insulated Garden Room range are recommended to be installed by a professional tradesmen or someone of a high level DIY background. Self assembly can be achieved if you’re a competent DIY customer, but before taking on a cabin build project, we would recommend checking out all relevant instructions and video guides to understand what’s involved and if this is achievable in your circumstances.

Self-installing a cabin isn’t for everyone and can sometimes be an overwhelming project, so it’s important to ensure you have checked all details before taking this on. We have excellent installation teams should you want us to take care of the build, you may also want to consider getting in touch with a local carpenter or tradesmen who could also confidently take on a cabin assembly.

Our professional team will ensure your building is constructed safely and to the highest standard. The team are available nationwide (Prices for some areas may vary). We aim for installation within 7 working days after delivery has been made to you. Our installation service only applies to the assembly of the log cabin and any additional extras, such as insulation kits when purchased from us.  This does not include accessories such as painting, coating, bases, or accessories that you may have purchased from another company.

A flat level base (foundation) needs to be in place before installation can start. Bases are not provided within the installation price and is not a service we can offer. Please Note: If you are using our installation services, the cabin package must not be more than 40 meters from where the building is to be assembled. If your cabin is further away than 40 meters or requires moving up a very steep gradient for example, we reserve the right to make additional charges for labour or reschedule the assembly service to a new date when you have made arrangements for the cabin to be moved nearer to the assembly site. It is your responsibility to properly advise us prior to delivery of any access restrictions to your property and of any extended distances from drop off site of your cabin to its assembly location. Our installation team will always leave leftover wood / packaging in a neat fashion, unfortunately they cannot take away this rubbish due to licensing laws around waste removal. If you do have any special circumstances or need any advice regarding waste removal, please feel free to get in touch.

Please contact your local planning office to ensure you have the correct permissions and regulations in place for your cabin so that it does not breach any planning regulations in your area. This is solely the customers responsibility to organise and check prior to either purchase or installation and Summerhouse24 cannot be held responsible for any issues you may encounter with Planning Laws in your area. Each product page shows an estimated lead time for cabin delivery. Please be aware that this lead time is for the physical cabin to be delivered and not necessarily when we can install your cabin. Due to the current climate, changing restrictions and problems within the transport network, it is still possible for unscheduled changes to these estimations and any provisional installation dates we give to you. We will always do everything we can to avoid changes to the dates we give you but due to circumstances beyond our control, changes do occur. We would strongly advise not booking any external contractors i.e. carpenters, electricians, decorators until your delivery and installation has been carried out. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss or expense incurred by you due to any changes in delivery or installation dates.
