Payment methods

For your convenience, we accept direct bank transfers, online credit / debit card payments as well as card payments over the phone.

All our card payments are processed by Barclaycard (Barclays Bank PLC), one of the UK’s most reliable payment processing companies.

Direct Bank Transfer
Make your payment directly in to our bank account. Your order won’t be processed until the funds have cleared in our account. Your order will be processed immediately after your payment has been received in to our bank account. Please make your payment within 3 working days of placing your order online. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. If your payment has not been received by us within that period your order will be automatically cancelled. A 50% deposit is required to proceed with your order and the balance of your payment must then be made 5 days before your delivery.

Online Card Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB cards. After choosing credit / debit card payment at the check out, you will be redirected to Barclaycard payment gateway to insert your card data to complete your payment. Barclaycard uses a secure and fully PCI-compliant hosted payment page.

Card Payment over the phone

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB cards. You can either complete your order yourself by choosing “Card Payment Over The Phone” type of payment in checkout process or you can call us and we will complete your order and payment at the same time. For making a payment over the phone you must have your card number, expiry date, card holders name and last 3 digits from the back of your card as well as the address of where the card is registered. If you have completed your order online, please have your order ID number from the email confirmation when calling us. A 50% deposit is required to proceed with your order and the balance of your payment must then be made 5 days before your delivery.
